Mail Room & Payroll Coordinator

Graybar is seeking a Mail Room Coordinator to ensure all equipment and supplies are in operating condition and to perform daily Mail Room duties, including processing payroll and AP checks for distribution. You will sort, file, pick up and deliver interoffice mail, manage postage, train staff, and maintain inventory of postage supplies, with lifting up to 70 pounds.
