No matter what stage of your career, you can build your future at Tempur Sealy!**\*Candidate must be located in the Sacramento, CA area\***What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):* Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location retail customers.* Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.* Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.* Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.* Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.* Ensure that all the customers ’needs and expectations are met.* Regularly evaluate customer performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.* Perform other duties as assigned.What You’ll Need (Qualifications): * Bachelor’s degree is preferred.* 2 years of experience in sales is required.* Spanish language skills preferred**Salary Range: $62,000 - $88,000**Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
