The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, mentoring our sales professionals, and expanding our customer base within a competitive market. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious revenue goals and shaping the future success of our organisation. Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training to a team of sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets and objectives.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, manage forecasts, and provide detailed and accurate sales reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned.
• Manage the recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales staff.
• Set sales quotas, create performance plans, and conduct regular performance reviews for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
• A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business sense and experience in the technology or financial services industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team towards a common goal.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
