Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, managing a diverse caseload that spans various age groups and clinical needs.

• Utilize a third-party billing service to manage client accounts, facilitating benefit and eligibility checks, ensuring a smooth claims process, and developing payment plans where applicable.
\n
• Timely completion of all clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to maintain accurate records of client interactions.
\n
• Effectively schedule ongoing appointments and maintain updated calendars to ensure continuity of care for each client.
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to work with clients presenting with a range of issues, adapting therapeutic techniques as needed to meet individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients navigating the challenging journey of detoxification and recovery. Our patient population includes individuals facing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and a combination thereof. Your therapeutic skills will play a vital role in helping clients build coping strategies, set recovery goals, and reinforce their commitment to health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid LICSW license to practice independently in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a potential sign-on bonus. As a W2 employee, you will receive:
