Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy services to adults, children, and families, utilizing both virtual platforms and occasional in-person consultations as needed.

• Attend program and agency meetings, participating actively in discussions surrounding patient care and organizational practices.

• Document client interactions and maintain compliance with agency policies by utilizing the AWARDS electronic health record system for accurate and timely data entry.

• Deliver clinical consultations for crisis and non-crisis situations, deploying de-escalation techniques and therapeutic strategies to resolve issues.

• Ensure client files are meticulously maintained, relating to confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and county regulations.

• Participate in the recruitment, mentoring, and onboarding of interns and trainees, ensuring alignment with agency goals and providing necessary support throughout their educational process.

• Organize training workshops and informational sessions for interns, ensuring they remain aware of the evolving policies and requirements in mental health.

• Assist in audit compliance by ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for review.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on individuals experiencing complex emotional and behavioral challenges, particularly in a detox environment. You will engage with clients who are navigating recovery from substance use disorders and mental health crises, employing empathy and clinical expertise to foster their healing journey. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
