Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a printing company in Chanhassen, MN. In this role, youll help produce high-quality direct mail products using state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, modern facility. What Youll Do as a Machine Operator:

• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Read and understand production tickets
• Package and prepare finished products for mailing accurately and efficiently
• Complete electronic and paper documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist coworkers in other departments as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and write basic English
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
