Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a strong, trust-based rapport with patients to foster open lines of communication.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders, assessing patients' emotional and psychosocial needs.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, taking into account their unique circumstances and goals.

• Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic modalities suited to each patient’s context, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or family systems therapy.

• Perform regular follow-up meetings to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, referring clients to specialists as needed to enhance their treatment experience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
