Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients in their homes while maintaining the flexibility to fulfill the varying needs of your caseload. You will be required to adhere to standard full-time hours, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility needed for evenings or weekends based on client availability and requirements for urgent support. On-call availability may also be necessary to assist clients during critical moments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, taking into account their emotional, mental, and social well-being.

• Provide empathetic counseling and emotional support to seniors and their families, guiding them through life-changing transitions, such as health declines or loss of independence.

• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are protected and facilitating access to essential community resources and services.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, including nurses and caregivers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and well-being.

• Perform regular follow-ups to monitor clients’ holistic health, living conditions, and address any emergent needs or concerns promptly.

• Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution among family members involved in the care of senior clients, promoting a supportive family dynamic.

• Educate clients and families about available resources, support groups, and programs aimed at enhancing social engagement and overall quality of life.

• Maintain comprehensive and meticulous documentation of client assessments, care plans, and interactions to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Family Radiance Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
