Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Maintain accurate route schedules and reporting. Qualifications and Requirements Active driver's license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation of previous employment. Ability to meet physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and ability to work in a team environment.
