The Goddard School of Sienna is seeking a highly organized and passionate Curriculum Coordinator/Office Manager to join our leadership team at The Goddard School. This dual-role position ensures the smooth daily operation of the school while supporting and enhancing our research-based, play-driven curriculum.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and consistency of the Wonder of Learning™ curriculum across all classrooms, supporting teachers with lesson planning, classroom setup, and instructional strategies, observing classrooms regularly to ensure curriculum fidelity and educational excellence, ongoing professional development for faculty, managing administrative tasks including organization, front office operations, office and food supply inventory management, serving as a positive point of contact for parents, supporting family communication and satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with school policies.

The ideal candidate has a background in early childhood education (CDA and/or Bachelor's preferred), strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, at least 1 year experience in a preschool classroom or school environment and school administration, and is a collaborative leader with a passion for child development and early learning.
