Reality Capture Lead: Field BIM & Data Strategy

Upgrade Resources in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Reality Capture Manager - Virtual Construction. This hybrid, field-heavy leadership role oversees enterprise-wide reality capture adoption and mentors a team of 3–5 associates. You will drive the data lifecycle from field capture to processing, work with NavVis/FARO/Leica tools, and collaborate with BIM teams to align site conditions with models while exploring AI-driven workflows for future growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Upgrade Resources
