Job Description

Now Hiring: General Laborer

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: Between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Overtime: Potential Sunday overtime with employee and manager approval

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support warehouse and distribution operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment.

Responsibilities

Sort, pack, palletize, and dispose of pallets
Safely load and unload trailers
Relabel cases and pallets as required
Restack cases and pallets to maintain organization and product integrity
Assist with general warehouse and manual labor duties
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements

0–3 years of warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Strong attention to safety and quality
Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working in temperatures of approximately 35&degree;F
Must have steel-toe shoes or boots on the first day
