Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location : Edina, Minnesota

Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a pediatric multidisciplinary therapy clinic in Edina, MN. This role focuses on supporting neurodivergent children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, by helping them build communication skills, independence, and confidence through individualized, evidence-based therapy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based speech therapy for articulation, receptive/expressive language, pragmatic language, and AAC needs.

• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Active (or pending) Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license.

• Previous pediatric experience preferred.

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related communication challenges is highly valued.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with a passion for pediatric care.
