Bilingual Contact Center Agent

About the Role:
MVD Express is looking for a motivated and friendly  Contact Center Representative to join our team! This position plays a vital role in supporting customers over the  phone and through chat , so we’re looking for candidates who have excellent  verbal and written communication skills , including strong  spelling and grammar . If you enjoy helping people, pick things up quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule Requirements:
Must be available:
Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Support customers via  phone and chat , helping them find the services they need
• Set up appointments for MVD Express products and services
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience with every interaction
• Manage customer information and track communications
• Accurately document conversations and customer needs via phone and email
• Take initiative and go the extra mile to engage and support our customers
• Perform additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong  writing skills , including accurate  spelling, grammar, and tone
• Friendly and professional  phone presence
• Ability to  learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• High-level  organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
