Strategy and Operations Lead

The Opportunity Join Adobe as Strategy and Operations Lead – Adobe on Adobe, where you will drive business performance, program rigor, and effective communications. In this role you will collaborate with finance teams and lead annual planning and budgeting cycles to create a strong operationalfoundation that enables our consultants to deliver flawless results. What you'll Do Manage the annual planning and quarterly budget evaluation cycles for the Adobe on Adobe consulting organization. Collaborate with finance on forecasting, budgeting, and headcount planning. Review and consolidate travel and expense requests, tracking against forecasted spend. Work with senior leadership to manage budgets and forecasts. Coordinate with HR Ops and partner liaisons to source and onboard partner resources. Act as a liaison between teams – including finance, customer collaborators, and product leadership. Identify opportunities for automation and reporting improvements to increase transparency. Lead content creation for quarterly all‐hands meetings and maintain the Adobe on Adobe program charter. Drive interlock agendas and schedules with partners across the ecosystem: Consulting Practices, product, marketing, finance, etc. Communicate monthly/quarterly Adobe on Adobe updates through newsletters and executive communications. Advise the Global Delivery Center operations team on staffing and alignment across US and India‐based consultants. What you need to succeed 8+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, or services operations. Strong financial modeling and planning experience. Experience supporting delivery organizations or large, matrixed teams. Ability to influence without formal authority in a matrixed environment. Clear, confident communication with executive presence. Highly collaborative, able to build trust quickly across functions. Comfortable working in ambiguity and providing a point of view where gaps exist. Preferred: Familiarity with Adobe's products. Pay and Benefits U.S. pay range: $134,400 – $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job‐related knowledge, skills, and experience. California: $169,400 – $245,300. Washington: $156,000 – $225,900. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‐term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
