We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Dental Office Manager to join our team! Competitive Salary & Pay Full-Time Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of dental front-office managerial experience
• Proven experience managing a dental office and front-office team
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, billing, collections, and patient coordination
• Ability to lead a team independently and maintain a professional, efficient office environment
• Treatment plan presentation
• Financial presentation
• Responsible for meeting production goals and collection goals
