As an Armed Security Officer Corporate Television Network Patrol in New York, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with professionalism, integrity, and teamwork while bringing an agile, reliable, and people-first approach to every interaction.

Pay Range: $34.02 - $35.02 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity according to post orders and Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible armed presence while following all post instructions, use-of-force guidelines, and reporting procedures, helping to support daily operations at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess a valid armed guard card and/or license.
• Possess a valid law enforcement officer license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
