Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of assigned clients, employing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Conduct thorough counseling sessions with families and children who meet medical necessity criteria, aiming for measurable improvement in mental health challenges.

• Lead the development and facilitation of psycho-educational groups, parenting classes, and interactive workshops to empower clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client case documentation, including program forms, progress notes, and statistical data.

• Ensure timely and precise completion of all necessary charting and reporting, in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.

• Meet and exceed contractual obligations for service delivery and billing through effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
