Sr Accountant

We areseekinga highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role willbe responsible foroverseeing accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting various financial activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Perform month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Assistin the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures,identifyopportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices for greater efficiency and accuracy Coordinate with auditors, ensuring all documentation and financial statements areaccurateandaudit ready. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various finance-related projects. QUALIFICATIONS Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation preferred. Experience: 5 + years of progressive experience in accounting or financial roles. COMPETENCIES PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Frequently required to sit.
