Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and comfort in your work environment while maintaining an outpatient focus. However, collaboration and direct treatment within our outpatient office in Vacaville, California, can be incorporated as needed. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients via virtual platforms, allowing for a comprehensive approach to mental wellness that meets clients where they are.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and crisis interventions, developing treatment plans that reflect each client's unique psychological and social circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in alignment with organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement treatment plans and discharge strategies based on comprehensive psychosocial evaluations.

• Engage with local community leaders and resource groups to advocate for and represent our clients’ needs, fostering partnerships to enhance available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Therapy & Wellness, you will work with a diverse client population that includes adults, children, and families from various cultural, socioeconomic, and emotional backgrounds. You will address a range of issues, including relationship challenges, trauma histories, mental health disorders, and substance use, all through a lens of inclusivity and compassion.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
\n
• Minimum of three years of direct therapy experience, particularly in crisis counseling with diverse populations in an outpatient setting.

• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to adhere to established policies and make informed decisions promptly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
