If you're ready to be part of a company where your voice matters, your work has purpose, and your potential has no limits — HUB is the place for you.Account Executive IIWe are looking for an Account Executive II to join our Personal Lines team on a hybrid work schedule.Job PurposeWe are seeking an Account Executive to manage a book of Middle Market clients, processing daily account activity.Functions & Responsibilities:Maintaining account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelinesCheck policy coverages and endorsement on all new business and renewals for accuracy and relevanceComplete specs, prepare proposals, policy summaries and reviewsAbility to use various online rating systemsProcess endorsements, placement requests and invoicing: Credit, Debit, Monthly reportsReview policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculationsAssist with Accounting department on research and justification of premium charges as compared with endorsements and invoicesHandle or refer insured's and underwriter's questionsPerform other specific duties as directed by the department manager &/or team leads Pursue a program of professional developmentQualifications:Detail oriented with excellent communication skillsAbility to understand, analyze, and research different lines of insuranceGood typing skills and computer literacyAbility to work within designated time framesGood interpersonal skillsCollege degree or relevant work experienceP&C License requiredRequired Skills:Strong computer skills; Excel & Word a mustApplied Epic Experience PreferredRequired Experience: 3-5 yearsThe expected pay range for this position is $78,000 annually to $85,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
