Business Development Manager
CrossCountry Mortgage
CrossCountry Mortgage seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in a fast-paced, performance-driven mortgage environment. You will source and convert new referral partners, manage a high-volume sales pipeline, and promote a full suite of home financing products. Responsibilities include prospecting real estate agents and builders, executing local market strategies, analyzing borrower and partner needs, and collaborating with loan officers and operations. You’ll leverage robust technology, training, and marketing support to expand market share and help borrowers achieve homeownership nationwide.
