Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality engineering delivery across multiple business verticals and technology initiatives.
• Define and drive QE strategy, governance, testing standards, and delivery processes.
• Manage test planning, execution, reporting, and release readiness activities across teams.
• Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting for stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder communication, status reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business, and delivery teams.
• Ensure effective test coverage across functional, integration, regression, automation, and UAT activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Mentor QA teams and provide leadership on testing best practices and processes.
• Support Agile delivery models and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA leadership, or Test Management roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end QA delivery across multiple teams and applications.
• Strong experience with QE governance, reporting, metrics, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading large-scale testing initiatives and delivery programs.
• Strong understanding of functional, automation, integration, and regression testing practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams and PST-aligned working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail and eCommerce domains.
• Experience managing digital transformation or enterprise application testing programs.
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail, order management, POS, and customer-facing platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience driving quality engineering maturity and process improvements.
