Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments to track client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, participating in team meetings and case discussions to enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on the latest research and clinical practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, with a proven ability to manage diverse caseloads.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for establishing rapport with a variety of clients and contributing positively to the team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, plus opportunities for performance bonuses.
