The HR Coordinator will provide support in handling employee and management questions, as required. In addition, this position will be responsible for assisting in providing general HR support to the divisions and the Corporate HR department, as directed.Essential FunctionsDuties and Responsibilities* Will support the new hire process as well as the onboarding process for all new hires* Will communicate with and work closely with all levels of management and other Corporate departments* Serves as a liaison to corporate payroll for internal status changes, new hires, and terminations* May assist in answering benefit related questions and information, as needed* Provides administrative support including, but not limited to, HRIS systems, maintaining job descriptions, processing paperwork and data entry related to company's programs and processes* Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as needed* May be responsible for recruitment activities for the Company as needed: will work with corporate and division management to identify selection criteria, determine area of search, advertise and pre-screen candidate’s if requested.* Special projects and other duties, as assigned## About DRB HomesDRB Homesdrbhomes.comOn-site #J-18808-Ljbffr
