Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with 3+ years of payroll experience to support accurate and timely payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Process weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payroll.
• Maintain employee payroll records and timekeeping data.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and wage regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
