FSP-Senior Bioanalytical Study Manager

Senior Project Manager leading a clinical laboratory project portfolio for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Manages day-to-day project operations, client relationships, budgets, and regulatory compliance across multiple concurrent studies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client project portfolio and coordinate internal departments with external clients
• Prepare and maintain project specifications, budgets, contracts, and master files with version control
• Serve as chief liaison between sponsors and PPD departments throughout all project phases
• Consult with IT, data management, business development and finance on project feasibility and implementation
• Manage invoicing, billing coordination, and day-to-day project activities to resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
• 5+ years related experience in project management or equivalent education and training combination
• Strong science and business acumen
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Proven analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience managing client relationships and multi-level teams
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice guidelines
