Security Administrative Assistant
Solvere Technical Group is seeking a detail-oriented Security Administrative Assistant to join our team in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for PII and SHVR databases;
- Supporting access control and security management; processing DOD visit requests, camera passes, and clearance documentation;
- Performing data entry and record-keeping;
- Supporting security training programs, ACS, CCTV, badge management, and fingerprinting.
Experience:
- 3 years experience in Security disciplines (Physical, Personnel, Industrial, Anti-Terrorism, OPSEC, Incident Response)
- Experience with Lenel or equivalent security systems, CCTV, and access control
- Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Preferred: DSS or Military Service Security Certifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
