Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and establish treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that effectively address clients' needs and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be critical in guiding these individuals through their mental health challenges, promoting resilience, and facilitating their journey towards recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of New Jersey is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
