Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients through comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies that align with their needs.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic services—individual, group, family, and couples therapy—using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and secure.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create cohesive care plans that address various aspects of client health.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and caseload availability.
