Full-Time Position - In-Office - WILL TRAIN

Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable support
• General ledger functions
• Financial data entry and reporting
• Working with Excel and Word to support operations
• Bank Reconciliation
• Payroll Application

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $23.00 per hour dependent on experience

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong math, calculator, and typing skills.
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks and Paychex (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, detail-oriented environments.
