Schedule: Monday Friday | 9:00 AM 5:30 PM | 30-minute lunch break

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Finance Assistantto support our finance and billing operations. This in-person role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our projects, with a focus on progress billing, lien waiver management, and coordination with project managers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and track project percentage completions on a weekly basis
• Prepare AIA billing packages, including AIA G703, G704, and G701 forms
• Manage and update lien waiver trackers and collect executed lien waivers
• Generate invoice cover sheets and ensure all supporting documentation is attached
• Perform basic Certificate of Insurance (COI) management for billing compliance
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure billing accuracy and timing
• Maintain organized electronic and physical billing records
• Assist with other general administrative and finance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in construction finance, billing, or AR support preferred
• Familiarity with AIA billing documents (G703, G704, G701) REQUIRED
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with construction management software is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $22.00$30.00/hour based on experience
• Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance available after probationary period
• 30-minute paid lunch break daily
• Currently no PTO and no paid holidays for hourly positions
