Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $17.50/hour
• 2nd shift differential: Additional $1.50/hour, bringing 2nd shift to $19.00/hour
• Machine training raises: Earn an additional $0.50/hour for each new machine you learn , with opportunities to earn raises as early as your first 30, 60, and 90 days
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:50 PM–12:20 AM
• Locations: Centerbrook & Clinton, CT

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll help manufacture products that meet strict quality and safety standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery used in medicine manufacturing
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
• Keeping accurate production records and documentation
• Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues and knowing when to escalate more complex problems
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
