In this highly visible role, you'll assist travelers, coordinate vehicle activity, and help ensure passengers are connected with safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services.

As a Ground Transportation Coordinator, you'll often be the first point of contact for arriving passengers, creating a welcoming experience while helping maintain smooth and organized transportation operations. What You'll Do as a Ground Transportation Coordinator:Passenger Assistance & Customer Service

• Welcome arriving passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist travelers in locating transportation pickup areas and understanding pickup procedures.
• Answer questions regarding transportation services, fares, and available travel options.
• Provide guidance and direction throughout designated transportation zones.
• Assist passengers requiring additional support or accommodations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive travel experience.

Transportation Coordination

• Manage passenger flow within designated pickup and loading areas.
• Connect travelers with available transportation providers and services.
• Coordinate with drivers to facilitate efficient and timely passenger pickups.
• Help maintain organized vehicle staging and loading operations.
• Monitor transportation activity and proactively address service concerns.
• Direct passengers to the appropriate pickup locations while maintaining orderly operations.

Operations & Communication

• Maintain effective communication with drivers, dispatch teams, and airport personnel.
• Support compliance with airport regulations, transportation procedures, and company policies.
• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming transportation environment.
• Represent the zTrip brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications for a Ground Transportation Coordinator:Required

Preferred

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, transportation, airport operations, or a related field.
• Experience working in a high-volume public-facing environment.
• Knowledge of transportation operations or passenger services is helpful but not required.
