Your Mission

Lead the kitchen team by delivering exceptional food quality, supporting daily culinary operations, and ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience.

What You'll Do

Lead and support daily kitchen operations during high-volume breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night service.

Work alongside the Executive Chef to execute menu items with consistency, speed, and exceptional presentation.

Supervise and support line cooks, prep cooks, and stewards while fostering a positive, team-first environment.

Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with local health regulations.

Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and proper food storage throughout each shift.

Assist with ordering, inventory management, and minimizing food waste whenever possible.

Collaborate with Front of House leadership to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.

Jump in wherever needed to support the team and keep service running smoothly during Comic-Con's busiest days.

You're a Great Fit If You

Have 2+ years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or upscale dining environment.

Lead by example and enjoy mentoring and motivating kitchen teams.

Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy kitchens where every second counts.

Take pride in consistency, organization, and attention to detail.

Have strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.

Are flexible and available to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and throughout Comic-Con week.
