We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full‑cycle recruiting while supporting key HR operations. This position is ideal for a hands‑on HR professional who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, managing recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle. Please Note: Experience using Greenhouse ATS is required for this position- 5+ years. Competitive salary: $85,000–$95,000 , based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Cigna) 401(k) with 5% employer match and immediate vesting Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employer-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for positions across the organization Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Source, screen, interview, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offers, and hiring decisions Maintain accurate requisitions and candidate records within Greenhouse ATS Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through hire Onboarding & HR Administration Prepare offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure employees are set up for success on day one Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality Support HRIS administration and employee data management Assist with workers' compensation, leave administration, compliance tracking, audits, and reporting Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, policies, and HR processes Support HR leadership with operational initiatives and special projects Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR Management Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding Experience using Greenhouse ATS is required Experience supporting employee relations, HR compliance, and HR operations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and HR systems Preferred Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience working with HRIS platforms Experience supporting a fast‑paced, high‑growth organization Why Join Trinity Medical Solutions?
