Implementation Specialist

This role will be worked onsite at our corporate location in Frisco, TX, three days per week onsite, two from home. About the Role Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in project management and client services? We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our implementation process, including creating and maintaining project plans that align with the project scope. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow in the world of project delivery. What You’ll Do Create & manage implementation project plans. Schedule and prepare for client meetings. Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Document meeting notes, action items, and client decisions. Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients. Document risks & elevate concerns to leadership when needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Fulfillment, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Claims, & more. What We’re Looking For Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. A quick learner who’s eager to grow and take on new challenges. Comfortable working with clients and internal teams. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, or project management platforms (training provided). A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectations.
