Front Desk & Admin Coordinator - Intake & Office Support

Phoenix House California

Phoenix House California in Los Angeles seeks a Program Assistant to manage reception, provide clerical support, and handle incoming calls. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, and maintaining office supplies. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and prior administrative experience is preferred.
