Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic activities, including:

• Providing individual counseling to clients, employing empathy and active listening strategies to guide them in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

• Monitoring client progress through regular assessments and feedback mechanisms, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position will be on young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as a member of our team, you will be crucial in delivering culturally competent care that respects individual differences and promotes recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Texas.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health treatment to clients, particularly in residential or outpatient settings.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing expertise and insights to enhance client care.

• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
