Tosca QA Lead

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation using Tosca and a proven track record of leading QA teams in delivering successful projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience (7+ years) as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Tosca test automation. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated tests using Tosca. Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ability to lead QA efforts within Agile teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders TOSCA AS1, AS2, AE1, AE2, TDS and TQL certifications.

Responsibilities

As a Tosca QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, guiding them in test planning, test case design, test automation, and execution using Tosca. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business analysts, to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. In this position, you will design and implement robust automated test scripts and frameworks using Tosca. You will also perform hands-on testing activities as needed, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Establishing and maintaining QA processes, standards, and best practices will be crucial to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will monitor and report on QA metrics, test execution progress, and defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team. This role is essential for driving the quality of our software products and ensuring that we deliver exceptional value to our customers.
