Door to door sales representative

Only 3/4 hours of door to door canvassing. If 1/2 deals a week, sales rep maintains salary. What you'll be doing Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$120K annualized) Year 1: Top quartile clears $400K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we're looking for Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more Very positive, hard working, determined, always willing to learn, never takes no for an answer.
