Sales Representative - (Home Exterior)

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Clearway Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers in residential neighborhoods, and scheduling appointments for free inspections and project estimates. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth for Clearway Exteriors. Requirements Key Responsibilities Canvass targeted neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule free inspections. Educate homeowners on the benefits of our roofing, siding, and gutter services. Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs. Schedule follow-up appointments with our sales and inspection team. Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics. Meet and exceed sales goals and quotas. Maintain professionalism and represent Clearway Exteriors with integrity. Qualifications Prior sales or door‑to‑door experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Self‑motivated with a competitive drive to succeed. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
