Assistant Project Manager

Progressive Roofing

Progressive Roofing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial roofing projects from planning through closeout. In this field-focused role, you’ll help coordinate crews, materials, schedules, and subcontractors while supporting safety, quality, and documentation. Working closely with a Project Manager, you’ll assist with RFIs, change orders, cost tracking, and client updates. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex roofing systems, strong training, and clear growth paths into full Project Management or technical specialist roles in a safety- and team-oriented culture.
