Pay: $18 - $18/hour

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with possible overtime until 1:00 AM when needed

Opportunity Summary

This role sits within a fast-paced processing operation that handles valuable, one-of-a-kind collectible items from the moment an order comes in to the moment it ships back out. Every step matters to the customers who trust this team with their prized possessions. It's a chance to build hands-on skills across multiple functions while working in a stable, full-time environment with room to grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing orders, including opening mail, verifying items, entering data, and printing shipping labels
• Inspect and handle collectible items to confirm quality and accuracy before they move through the shipping process
• Package, label, and ship orders, confirming all details are correct and complete before dispatch
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and other teams to resolve issues and support special projects
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and security when handling valuable merchandise throughout the process

Qualifications

Required

• No manufacturing experience required - paid training provided
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, with frequent bending, twisting, and hand use; comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment a plus
