Business Development Manager

Responsibilities: Lead business development activities for RNA or protein/antibody CRO services, focusing on industrial clients. Identify and build a robust pipeline of target clients, develop a prioritized customer visit plan, and actively pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing clients. Understand customer R&D pipelines and outsourcing needs, and translate them into actionable BD opportunities and deal strategies. Provide market and competitive intelligence, including customer feedback, pricing trends, and emerging industry needs. Support company branding and market presence through industry conferences, trade shows, and targeted BD events. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction, and assist with other tasks as assigned by the company or department. Mandarin is strongly preferred Master’s degree or above in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related life science fields. Proven track record in business development or key account management with industrial biotech or pharmaceutical clients. Strong understanding of industrial R&D workflows, outsourcing models, and CRO engagement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
