Business Development Manager

You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. Responsibilities: Lead sales growth and in-market execution across the assigned territory Increase profitable volume by expanding distribution, improving merchandising, and executing effective promotional programs Participate in route rides, crew drives, distributor market visits, and key account calls to strengthen retail execution and uncover new growth opportunities Gain new distribution points, displays, secondary placements, cold-box space, and additional shelf presence Train, motivate, and support distributor sales teams through scheduled education sessions and consistent market engagement Perform additional responsibilities detailed in the full job description Candidate Profile: At least 2 years of sales experience within beverage, CPG, foodservice, or a related consumer products industry Prior experience working with distributors, retailers, or direct-store-delivery (DSD) networks is strongly preferred Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills Proactive and driven, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities Comfortable working independently and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Entrepreneurial and adaptable, with the ability to respond quickly to evolving business needs Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting platforms Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr ForceBrands
