Strategic Leave & Benefits Specialist

New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) is seeking a Leave & Benefits Specialist to manage FMLA, NJFLA, NJFLI, and TDI programs, ensuring compliant processing of leaves and benefits for faculty and staff in Newark.You will handle enrollment changes, onboarding, and inquiries while coordinating with HR, payroll, and supervisors. A 1–2 year background in benefits administration is preferred. The role focuses on customer service, accurate data management, and ongoing compliance with federal/state #J-18808-Ljbffr
