Independent Industrial Lubrication Consultant (1099)

\n \nSchaeffer Manufacturing is expanding and seeking experienced, self-motivated professionals to develop industrial, fleet, construction, mining, municipal, manufacturing, waste & recycling, agriculture, and heavy equipment accounts.
\n \nThis is not a salaried position. This is a chance to build a long-term, commission-based business representing one of America's oldest and most respected lubricant manufacturers.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n• Develop new commercial and industrial accounts.
\n• Become a trusted advisor to maintenance managers, fleet managers, plant engineers, shop owners, and business owners.
\n• Help customers reduce equipment failures, extend service intervals, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability.
\n• Build recurring business through exceptional customer relationships and technical problem-solving.
