• Manage patient schedules by booking, confirming, and rescheduling virtual appointments.
• Accurately document patient information, vital signs, and communications in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Serve as the first point of contact for non-clinical patient inquiries via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms.
• Assist patients with navigating telehealth technology and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Prepare and organize digital documents and reports for the clinical team under supervision.
