Routing (Dispatch) CoordinatorWe are looking for an experienced Routing (Dispatch) Coordinator to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX!Primary AccountabilitiesRoute and dispatch advance notice and short notice trip requestMonitor live trip monitoring dashboards for on-time performanceFollow real-time trip recovery processesEnsure trips are routed to the most cost-effective mode of transportationWork closely with transportation providers and healthcare facilities for any real-time issuesMonitor for mode of transport errorsOther duties as assignedRequired Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred Education and ExperienceSome college preferredKnowledge of Medicaid NEMT guidelinesKnowledge of Texas transit systems and providersPrior inbound call center experienceMinimum of one (1) year transportation/delivery logistics experienceExperience with transport management systemsBilingual SpanishSkillsOutstanding problem-solving skills and ability to use soft skills in a high stress environmentStrong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in-person, via email, and over the phoneAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to adapt to unforeseen circumstances quicklyExceptional interpersonal skills, customer service, problem solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolutionCritical thinking skills and conflict resolution skillsAbility to navigate stressful situationsJob RequirementsMust be able to pass criminal background record checkMust be US CitizenAbility to work flexible shiftsAbout UsSafeRide Health is a technology and services company dedicated to reducing barriers to care by improving the delivery of non-emergency medical transportation to people across America.
